PockEmul iOS 2.5.2 – Subscription issue fixed

Dear PockEmul’s fans, I am pleased to announce that subscription is now working on PockEmul iOS.

Like I thought, the first release on a new platform is always a challenge.

First, I released PockEmul iOS 2.5.1 and the Apple review was smooth and quick. Unfortunately, I forgot to link the subscription to the binary, so the subscription server was not responding.

I had to create a new release, 2.5.2, because the subscription review needs a new binary. It was exactly the same as 2.5.1 and I thought it will be validated quickly.

Strangely, the Apple reviewer wasn’t able to access the “PockEmul Store” so the Application was rejected.
It was surprising because locally on Sandbox, in Testflight and even on the App Store with the 2.5.1, the PockEmul Store was accessible.

Finally, after near on week of stress, I found a small issue in PockEmul and voilà, the application is validated.

I must admit there was a specific case where PockEmul Store was failing so it is my fault. BUT, this specific case appears only in the Apple review context. There is something to improve here.

Anyway, I am so happy the review process is ended.
I am now very focussed on all your feedbacks to improve PockEmul quality.

Perfect emulation is an infinite quest. Please report us any inaccurate behaviour at contact@pockemul.com
